Business Development Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to support our expansion efforts in the European/Asian market. The ideal candidate will focus on executing BD strategies, managing partnerships, and driving user growth through collaborations with agents and KOLs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute partnership strategies by identifying and onboarding agents and KOLs to drive trading volume and brand awareness.
- Manage relationships with existing partners while identifying new opportunities for collaboration within the European/Asian market.
- Assist in building an agent system tailored to local market needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights to refine BD strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Represent the exchange at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development within cryptocurrency exchanges or fintech industries.
- Familiarity with European/Asian market dynamics, including user behavior and promotional models.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin are essential.
- Proven ability to negotiate partnerships and manage relationships effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track performance metrics.
