Our Finance team provides strategic partnership to leaders across the organization. We do this by engaging with our partners to understand our broad strategy, analyzing data, and delivering insights to help guide Yuga Lab’s performance.
Who We’re Looking For
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Finance team. We have tons to do, building the future of web3 starts with your budgeting, forecasting, analytical and financial skills. You’ll jump right in and partner with budget owners to forecast spend for various business units and projects. Your business partners will look to you for financial support and to provide insightful reporting, analysis, and strategic direction. You will standardize reporting and provide executive leadership with monthly data points on the health of the business.
The Job
- Deliver quarterly and annual forecasts in partnership with functional teams
- Perform monthly close analysis and reporting to senior management
- Identify risks and opportunities based on business insights
- Focus on continuous improvement – improve efficiency, standardization and automation
- Provide data-driven analysis to influence decision making and value creation
- Evaluate and approve spend requests with focus on ROI and OKRs
Your Skills
- Works independently and as a team player across multiple departments
- Proficient with MS Office and Google products
- Demonstrated ownership of key projects
- Aptitude for process improvement
- Solid experience with one or more financial ERP systems
- Mobile, console, and other game platform experience
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $140,000 in addition to equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range listed encompasses several levels. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and market demand. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
