Position Title: Public Relations Manager

Job Description

1. Media Relations

• Drive global PR activities including proactive media outreach, media interviews, announcements, award nominations in key markets
• Build and grow both mainstream and crypto media (priority) and KOL relations in target markets such as North America and Southeast Asia
• Press office - respond and facilitate media queries and interview requests.

2. Executive Profiling

• Secure, facilitate and manage speaking engagements and relevant opportunities for key spokespeople

3. Content Development

• Develop and maintain WEMIX press materials including corporate backgrounders, narrative and messaging documents.

4. Social Media Marketing and Management

• Manage social media campaigns and initiatives

5. External agency management

• Manage external agencies in key markets worldwide including PR and social media agencies

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate communications and/or journalism
• Interest and general knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
• Attention to detail with superior organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in high pressure, fast-paced, ambiguous situations
• Native or fluent English speaker and writer
