Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in designing and establishing standardized workflows for project incubation, including planning and implementing incubation projects, assiting in the drafting of business plans, tracking project business development.coordinating business resources, providing strategic, marketing,and financin consulting services and support for incubation proiects.

• Responsible for product design and implementation of the standardized functions of the incubator management system, effectively coordinating the complete closed-loop of product development control and operation follow-up with development and testing teams.

• Assist in the design of project products and tokenomics.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Media. Computer Science, or related fields, with 2-3 vears of experience in entrepreneurship consulting, enterprise incubation,or entrepreneurship experience preferred.

• Possess strong logical and structural thinking skills, excellent communication skills, learning and summarizing abilities, and execution abilities, able tomaintain work passion under high pressure.

• Have good English communication and writing skills

• Experience in blockchain-related fields is preferred.
